In a new instalment of our ‘Day in the Life’ series, we talk to Victoria about the ins and outs of her role over the past five years.
From design and ideation to shipping and fulfilment, every well-oiled cog in the Kingfisher machine helps us to ensure the production of high-quality self-adhesive labels and the provision of high-quality service.
At the heart of our customer service work is Victoria. Victoria’s responsibilities include client relationship management, strategic long-term planning, and team leadership.
We asked her…
What does your average day at Kingfisher Labels look like? And what’s your favourite thing about working here?
“I’ve been part of the Kingfisher Labels team for five years in February 2026, and no day is the same! From dealing with customers, processing orders & liaising with the factory, we are one big team that works so well together. That’s what makes it a great place to work, my job can be so varied. It makes every day interesting and challenging!”
You’ve worked at Kingfisher Labels for 13 years. How has your job changed?
“With 10 years in the label industry, I’ve had the opportunity to watch Kingfisher Labels develop and expand, move to bigger premises and secure partnerships with some high-profile customers. I really do love my job and the people I work alongside, and look forward to watching us grow even bigger!”
