Quality products, ‘Made in Britain’

When you buy a label from Kingfisher you are not just getting a high-quality product; you are also buying into our history, our heritage and our years of experience. And we will carry on ensuring our current customer-base continues to enjoy a great service whilst attracting new customers looking for quality, reliability and reassurance.

We have recently become members of the ‘Made in Britain’ trade association. It aims to bring together British manufacturing companies, united with the use of their registered collective mark, which you will start to see on our products.

We are a family-business that really believes in the British manufacturing industry and British products and that is why we are hugely passionate about offering a fantastic service to all our customers, wherever they are based.

British products come with a reassurance of high-quality and high-standards and, quite simply, they are as good as, if not better than, those made anywhere else in the world. So, we are proud to include the ‘Made in Britain’ mark on our products.

At Kingfisher Labels we will continue to build a sustainable, long-term business here in Britain. One which evolves to incorporate the latest technological advances and offers consistently good products. Our customers are based both at home and abroad, but they have all bought into the Kingfisher mantra because it offers them quality, reliability and reassurance. Joining the ‘Made in Britain’ manufacturing community gives us the opportunity to really shout about all this.

You may have seen us comment in the media recently that we see Brexit as a commercial opportunity. And we firmly believe this. Instead of looking for reasons to feel daunted about a post-Brexit Britain we will carry on supporting our customers with the quality products and commitment to top customer service they’ve come to expect.

As well as emphasising our commitment to our local market, it is vitally important to stay regularly connected with our customers and other stakeholders. Therefore, we have upweighted our presence in the world of social media and we are increasing the volume of our external communications.

Please look out for us on Twitter and find us on LinkedIn. We are also reviewing our website to ensure it meets the needs of our ever-increasing number of online visitors and we have started sending out regular newsletters via email – you can sign-up to receive these on our website (www.kingfisherlabels.co.uk).

And on top of all that, we are committed to increasing our voice in the media. Ensuring we get involved in high-profile topical debate and important industry discussions will also keep our customers updated on our news, views and opinions.

So, there you are; as we bring this latest blog to a close we wish to re-iterate how we really believe in British manufacturers and British products. We are passionate about Kingfisher Labels’ heritage as a family-business and we will build on the solid foundations we’ve created over the last 23 years to ensure we continue to flourish by offering quality, reliability and reassurance.
